Final Product

Design Renderings

Renderings were done in Solidworks. These helped out in showing our overseas vendor how I exactly envisioned the product without being too technical. With just a few modifications after sending out the specs, the first sample arrived at our showroom in a month ready to be presented to prospective buyers

Final Sample

To further reduce costs, the flat bars with notches in the final rendering were replaced with rods. This made manufacturing more efficient by just bending the rods with jigs instead of welding flat bars together at a mitered angle. Slightly extended legs for the middle and top tiers also replaced the notches which would secure the frames when stacked. It was a simple solution that saved extra steps in the manufacturing process.
