The Flag or Flat Lunch Bag us a response to the way we take eating, especially the work lunch for granted. Eating at our desks, food is reduced into mere sustenance. The value of the meal is lost with food being placed next to our keyboards, documents and other things that preoccupy us. By simply laying flat into a placemat, the lunch bag brings good back into the center of eating.
